WHO WE ARe
The State of New Jersey contains the fourth largest community of Haitian Americans in the nation. The Haitian American Adult Resources Center of East Orange, New Jersey (HAARC) is a registered 501(c)3 non-profit community-based service provider for senior adult Haitian American citizens who desire a neutral and cordial environment to speak English, French, Haitian Creole, and Spanish. Our Founders are professionals committed to helping those primarily of Haitian origins to connect to educational and cultural enrichment activities including charitable and community based efforts.
